My brother Matt and his family moved to a suburb of Chicago a little over a year ago to start a church plant. Matt is the senior minister, and one of my younger brothers, James, is the youth minister. The girls and I flew up with my Mom and Dad last September to be there for the "Grand Opening" Sunday. It was a great success, and things have remained pretty steady since then. I know James has made a huge impact on the kids, and Matt (my FAVORITE pre
acher in the whole world) has worked very hard to get Crossroads Christian Church up and running. He has a heart for the people there, and a passion for communicating God's word. I know Matt and Janice both love to make friends and seek out people that need a place to connect and grow in their walk with God.I'm so proud of all of them for committing their lives to the Lord and the work that they are doing for the Kingdom.
