What To Do With All This Snow?

Here we are.... another day with lots of glistening white snow on the ground.
Since the kids are still recovering from tonsil surgery, they haven't been out to play in it.
All the more clean white snow to make Ice Cream with, my dear!
This is a recipe shared by my friend Brandi. We have several different recipes, but this is the one we went with today. Another time I would like to try it with sweetened condensed milk.

For a yummy topping, we chopped up Hershey mint-chocolate kisses. The kids added some sprinkles too. MMM MMM Good!
