Alan and Selah did a run last Saturday. Through wilderness trails. On Turkey Mountain in Tulsa. They ran the 4.1 mile loop on the terrain. And they loved it! It was a fun time for just the two of them. I think they ran another 1 mile loop before I came to get Selah to take her to her indoor soccer game. Alan stayed behind and waited to get her medal for her, and he ran another 4 miles while waiting, so 9 for him altogether. Wow.
